Refunds
Deposit:
You are required to pay a 20% securing deposit to secure the wedding date along with the signed work agreement.
When the wedding date has been reserved, we reserve camera operators and editors for the event.
For this reason, your deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled.
If your event is rescheduled and the company is still available, you may use your original deposit towards your new event date.
Balance:
You are required to pay the outstanding balance of your wedding package 14 days before the wedding event date. Should you cancel your wedding date between 14 days and the actual event date, the balance will be refunded in full. Your deposit as detailed above will not be refundable.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your wedding event date at any time between securing your wedding date and the actual event date by informing us in writing.
