| Q: What will the quality of the VHS film on DVD be like? |
| A: Although we are able to fit 6 hours of video onto a single DVD we only copy a maximum of 3 hours to each disc. This ensures that the quality of your film will not be reduced. What you saw on your VCR is what you will see on your DVD. |

| Q: What will the quality of the miniDV on DVD be like? |
| A: Although we are able to fit 6 hours of film onto a single DVD we only copy a maximum of 2 hours to each disc. This ensures that the quality of your film will not be reduced. |

| Q: What will the quality of the Hi8 on DVD be like? |
| A: Although we are able to fit 6 hours of film onto a single DVD we only copy a maximum of 3 hours to each disc. This ensures that the quality of your film will not be reduced. |

| Q: How long does it take? |
| A: Once we receive your tapes we usually have them back with you and the finished DVDs within 10 days. If you need an urgent transfer please let us know when placing your order. |

| Q: Will the DVD play on my DVD player? |
| A: Companies such as Universal Studios use a process to copy their film DVDs that is not available to companies copying less than 1000s of copies. Because we are copying your DVD using a burning method it is not possible to 100% guarantee that all players will play our copied DVDs. However, the type of DVDs we have chosen work in the majority of players and all modern DVD players. If you are concerned, please contact us and we can send you a test DVD to see if your player is compatible. All PC/Laptop DVD Drives can play our discs. |

| Q: Do you offer a discount for large numbers of tapes to transfer? |
| A: Yes, depending on the quantity we offer large discounts for multiple tape transfers placed as a single order. |

| Q: Do you copy Copyright films? |
| A: No, We do not transfer any copyright material or illegal content. |
| |
| Q:What about privacy? |
| A: Our copying process is automated and not viewed during the transfer process. Once the tranfer is complete we scan the film to check for quality at random sections of the disc. We do not hold any copies of your material. We return all originals and transferred content to you. |
